Frederick Piper was born in London on September 23rd 1902 and appears in two Danger Man episodes. In the episode 'No Marks for Servility' he plays Sir Charles Fielding and allows Drake to go undercover as the butler at his Rome residence in order to spy on his new tenant Gregori. Piper appears as the chess playing admiral in two Prisoner episodes, 'Arrival' and 'The Chimes of Big Ben'.

An ex tea merchant, Piper died on September 22nd 1979, the day before his 72nd birthday.
